Rosì

Semi-sparkling rosé wine produced in limited quantity. It’s the result of a winse blend of white and red grape varieties, which changes every year to emphasise the best characteristichs. It has a dry and pleasantly bitterish aftertaste with notes of pomegranate and wild strawberry.  Excellent as an aperitif in summer but even more ideal with fat meat and fried fish.
