Rosì

Sparkling rosé wine. Produced in small quantities, it is the result of a skilful blend of white and red berried varieties. This sparkling rosé wine is dry, with a pleasantly bitterish finish, and hints reminiscent of pomegranate and wild strawberry. Characterized by an intense and brilliant pink color, it shows a certain veiling due to the production method. This is not a defect, but the peculiarity of the product itself. Excellent as an aperitif, served chilled it is the ideal glass on hot summer days.
