Matthaeus

Semi-parkling white wine produced in small quantities. It has a straw yellow colour and a little bit veiled, this is a feature element of this kind of wine. Freshness is its distinctive trait during the first months in the bottle, but, over the time, notes of bread crust and quince intensify more and more and at the palate becomes more enveloping and fulld bodied. It’s a wine in ever changing aging like our second son to whom it’s dedicated.
