Sparkling white wine. Produced in very small quantities, it is traditionally bottled during Holy Week. It has a straw yellow color and there is a certain haze of the wine to the eye. This detail is not a defect, but a distinctive element of the product. Freshness is its distinctive trait in the first months in the bottle, with the passage of time the notes of bread crust and quince intensify and the taste becomes more enveloping and with a greater balance which makes it an excellent table wine for lovers of very dry versions.
