Rosì

Semi-sparkling rosé wine produced combining together a white and a red grape variety.  It has a dry taste and a slightly bitter finish with notes of pomegranate and wild strawberry.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif but also matches fat meats and fried

Alcohol content: 12% vol

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C
