\u201cTerms and conditions of sale\u201d drawn up pursuant to Chapter I, title 3, part 3, of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions<\/p>\n

1. Premise<\/p>\n

These \u201cTerms and Conditions of Sale\u201d have as their object the regulation of distance selling of products and services made available through the website www.proseccoderiz.it.
The owner of the products\/services and owner of the website www.proseccoderiz.it is:

The customer user is required, before sending the order, to carefully read this document, which constitutes a binding agreement.
Contracts concluded with the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. through the website www.proseccoderiz.it are governed by these \u201cTerms and Conditions of Sale\u201d in compliance with Italian law.
The characteristics and price of the various products\/services on sale on the website www.proseccoderiz.it are shown on the page relating to each product or service.
To purchase the products\/services, the customer user must add the desired product to the cart and, after confirming that he has read and accepted these \u201cTerms and Conditions of Sale\u201d, as well as the Privacy policy, must enter the data shipping and possibly billing, select the payment method and confirm the order.
The contract stipulated for the sale of products between the De Riz Societ\u00e0 agricola S.S. and the customer user must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the De Riz Societ\u00e0 agricola S.S. After accepting the order, the customer user will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing a reference to these \u201cTerms and Conditions of Sale\u201d, the order number, shipping and billing information, \u2018list of Products ordered with their essential characteristics, the total price \u2013 including delivery costs \u2013 and the payment method used. After 24 hours from the sending of the order confirmation by the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S., the same order will be considered accepted and will be processed for shipment.<\/p>\n

2. Products sold on this site<\/p>\n

The items sold on the website www.proseccoderiz.it are produced by the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S..
Following the confirmation of the order by the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S., the products are placed in packaging suitable for transport and shipped via IWS Logistics courier.
The photos are indicative and the labels may vary from those presented on the site.
The items in the catalog are always available. In the event of non-availability of one of the ordered products, the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. will contact the customer user, who will have the right to cancel the order by receiving a refund or to request a modification of the order with available products of the same amount.<\/p>\n

3. Limitation to the Italian territory<\/p>\n

The products are sold exclusively to subjects residing in Italy and delivered only within the Italian territory.<\/p>\n

6. Shipping<\/p>\n

Shipping costs are unified with a minimum order of 6 bottles at Euro 8.50.
No shipping costs will be applied for orders over Euro 120.00.
For smaller islands, a supplement of \u20ac15.00 will be applied.<\/p>\n

For shipments outside Italy w

The Products purchased on the Site are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate field.
Normally the order is packed and shipped in 1-2 working days from the actual receipt of payment and delivered by the courier in 2-3 working days in the mainland and in 5-7 working days in the islands.<\/p>\n

7. Purchase of a wine tourism experience voucher\/gift voucher in Euros<\/p>\n

The website www.proseccoderiz.it offers the user customer the opportunity to purchase wine tourism experience vouchers or gift vouchers in Euros of different values \u200b\u200bthat can be used to purchase wine or book wine tourism experiences.
Once the type of voucher has been selected, the customer user can decide whether to purchase it for himself or for another beneficiary and, in this case, he can enter the name of the beneficiary with the possibility of inserting a possible dedication in the form on the site.
Each voucher will have an identification code and will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is necessary to book the wine tourism experience by contacting the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. by telephone at no. +39 0438\/784115 or by e-mail at enoturismo@proseccoderiz.it
The customer user who will carry out the wine tourism or wine purchase experience is required to present himself at the structure with the voucher received at the e-mail address indicated during the purchase phase on the website www.proseccoderiz.it.<\/p>\n

8. Right of Withdrawal<\/p>\n

Internet sales of the products and services of the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. are identified as distance contracts (i.e. concluded outside business premises) and are therefore governed by Legislative Decree n. 206\/05 (articles from 50 to 68).
The customer user has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. You can exercise this right within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products or of the purchase of the service by sending a written communication to that effect and, in the case of products, you will subsequently have to arrange for their return, provided that they have not been opened or damaged.

Upon receipt of the products, the De Riz farm will immediately activate the refund procedures.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. will refund the customer the full amount of the returned products within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received, without prejudice to the right of the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. to suspend the payment of the refund until the actual receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the order, unless he has expressly requested a different method.
In the event of a bank transfer, it will be the Customer\u2019s responsibility to provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (account holder, name and address of the Bank, IBAN).
The re-credit to the Customer\u2019s account will take place in a short time, according to the timing established by the selected payment method or by the bank.<\/p>\n

9. Errors and Limitations of Liability<\/p>\n

The information relating to the products\/services provided through the website www.proseccoderiz.it is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors for which the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. cannot therefore be held responsible, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent, or to modify or update information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the rights of the customer user pursuant to these \u201cGeneral Terms and Conditions\u201d and the Consumer Code.
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, any right of the customer to compensation for damages or the recognition of compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and\/or things, caused by non-acceptance or evasion, even partial, of an order.
The DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol and excludes any responsibility at its own expense, except for malice or gross negligence, in the case of purchases made by minors under the age of 18. By purchasing any alcoholic product, you are declared to be of age as per art. 7 of Legislative Decree 158\/2012. The DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. assumes no responsibility in the event of a purchase made by minors under the age of 18 who have declared that they are of a different age.<\/p>\n

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/p>\n

The sales contract between the customer and the DE RIZ SOCIETA\u2019 AGRICOLA S.S. is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of disputes relating to the interpretation, execution or resolution of these \u201cTerms and Conditions of Sale\u201d or of individual purchase orders if the customer user is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, the court will have exclusive jurisdiction of your municipality of residence or domicile if located in the Italian territory; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Treviso, any other competent court excluded.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
