A sparkling wine produced in a limited number of bottles in a extra brut version (without any sugar residual) which enhances the minerality of the soil with a good savoury taste. It comes from a careful selection of the best glera grapes from our historical vineyard situated next to the winery.
The name Caris comes from the typical soil, “caranto”, you can find in the area of San Pietro di Feletto.

Aging: in steel tanks for 4/6 months
Fermentation: in pressure tanks for 45 days
Tasting note: ideal as an aperitif and as a perfect accompaniment to raw seafood and oily fish, thanks to its greater freshness and acidity.
