A rosé semi-sparkling wine, made by a traditional and ancient method of second fermentation in the bottle. It is the result of a masterly blending of wines obtained from white and red grapes. To the palate, it appears dry with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste and an aroma reminiscence of wild strawberry and pomegranate. It has a deep brilliant rosé colour, cloudy at the bottom of the bottle due to the presence of sediment. This is not a defect but rather the distinctive element of this product. It is Ideal as an aperitif and it’s ideal to drink during hot summer days, while during the coldest months it goes well with succulent and fatty meats.
