A semi-sparkling white wine “col fondo” (with sediment), made with a traditional and ancient method of second fermentation in the bottle. As tradition tells us, it is bottled during holy week. It has a pleasantly bitter aftertaste and it completely dry to the palate. The presence of sediment settling at the bottom of the bottle gives this white semi-sparkling wine a distinctive bread crust taste that goes well with the typical fruity aroma. It has a straw yellow colour, cloudy at the bottom of the bottle due to the presence of sediment. This is not a defect but rather the distinctive element of this product.
